Warranty

N.B.: Akko.de's warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies granted by the seller or granted by applicable law. Accordingly, any remedy (e.g. rectification, claim for damages, right to rescind the contract) granted by Akko.de or by applicable law remains unaffected, e.g. the right to claim lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Akko accepts requests for technical support for products sold at all its authorised distributors.

Akko.de provides direct RMA after sales service for product sold from its direct distribution channels (as listed below).

  1. If the warranty expires, customers must pay for the repairs. Akko.de will also provide instructions if users prefer to repair the keyboard themselves. However, users assume full responsibility for any loss occurring during self-repair.
  2. Disassembling the keyboard without manufacturer's/seller's instructions will immediately void the warranty.
  3. Return and warranty policies may vary between platforms and are subject to the distributor at the time of purchase.

Precautions: Man-made damage is not limited to immersion, loss and removal of cables with excessive force, etc.

Spillage damage is NEVER covered by the warranty.

 

Akko DIY Kits Warranty Statement

For our acrylic, polycarbonate and aluminium DIY kits, Akko.de only offers parts replacement for the customisation level of these models.
Akko.de is however not responsible for parts that have been deeply altered/damaged by the modification.

1-year parts warranty on all new products and 30-day return/exchange (EU).
For regions outside the EU, we will ship the parts to you for repair.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects.
Please provide proof of purchase to claim the warranty.

How to claim the guarantee?

Step 1:

Please attach a short video or photo to show the problems.

 

Step 2:

While the customer service representative processes your complaint, you will receive a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form.
Follow the instructions on how to properly package and return the item safely. Akko.de will proceed with the replacement 15 working days after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. Final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items. Please note that delivery is subject to change due to force majeure.
